Frequently asked questions

Why is there no price list?
Every setup is built individually, so a fixed list would either be wrong or full of exceptions. You describe the project, we send a written proposal with scope, cost and timeline.
Where will my servers be?
With the provider and in the region that fit your project. We work with established cloud and dedicated server providers worldwide, in your account or ours.
Can you take over a server that is already running?
Yes. We start with a review of what runs on it, fix what is risky, document it and then take over day-to-day care.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
We do not advertise round-the-clock staffed support. Monitoring alerts reach us automatically, and how and when you can reach us is agreed in the proposal.
Do I keep access to my servers and data?
Yes. Your data and configuration are yours, and every setup is documented. If you decide to move on, you get the documentation and help with the transition.
Who will I be talking to?
The engineer who sets up and maintains your systems. There is no first-line support layer in between.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. We can host and maintain client projects for agencies with one point of contact and a consistent setup across all sites.
Do you host WordPress?
Yes, for clients who need it, on a properly configured server with updates, backups and monitoring.
Can you fix our email ending up in spam?
Often, yes. Most delivery problems come from missing or incorrect SPF, DKIM and DMARC records or a poor sending setup. We check and fix the configuration.
What do you need from me to prepare a proposal?
What you run today or plan to run, the stack, rough traffic or usage, deadlines and any constraints such as data location. The enquiry form asks for the essentials.
