1. Tell us what you need
Use the enquiry form or write to us. Useful details: what you run today, the stack, rough traffic, deadlines and anything that keeps you up at night. Incomplete is fine; we will ask.
2. Short call
If the project fits, we arrange a short call to clarify requirements, constraints and expectations. This is also when you can ask us anything about how we would set things up.
3. Written proposal
A proposal describes, in plain language:
- what we will set up or take over, and on which provider;
- what is backed up, how often, and how it is tested;
- what is monitored and how you reach us;
- what is included in ongoing care and what counts as extra work;
- cost and timeline.
4. Setup and handover
We build or migrate the environment, test it, and hand over documentation: what runs where, how to access it, and how backups and monitoring are configured.
5. Ongoing care
Updates, monitoring, backups and changes as your project grows. Changes are agreed by email and noted, so there is always a record of what was done and why.
If you want to leave
Your data and configuration are yours. If you decide to move on, you get the documentation, credentials and help with the transition.
