Problems are cheaper when they are found early. Monitoring tells us when a site stops responding, a disk fills up or a certificate is about to expire, before your users notice.
What we watch
Availability of your sites and endpoints, server resources, certificate and domain expiry, and the state of backups. Thresholds are set per server, so alerts mean something.
Backups you can trust
A backup that has never been restored is a hope, not a backup. We check that backups exist and periodically test restoring them.
Also for servers we do not run
If your infrastructure is managed in-house, monitoring can be set up as a separate service.
